Thank you for choosing us to create your stationery! You can complete
the form on our contact page to give us an idea about the type of stationery
you’re interested in, the link for which can be found here.
Deposit
Once the pricing proposal has been approved, we’ll send a 50% deposit
invoice to you. Once payment is received, we’ll book you in to our calendar
and begin working on your stationery.
Design
Now the fun begins! Using the information you’ve provided on the
contact form or by email, we’ll create a digital design file of your stationery.
Previews
We will send you a PDF file of your stationery for you to check over. This is
the point where you can make any amendments to the spelling, timing, etc.
Please note that changes to layout or colour schemes may incur
an additional charge.

Approval
Once you’re happy, we’ll ask you to sign off on the design. At this point,
we will send you the invoice for the remaining balance, so we can move forward
with the production of your stationery.
Production
The signed off design will now be sent to our printers. Depending on the type
of print finishes you’ve chosen, this will generally take around
5-7 working days. If you’ve chosen one of our origami invitation suites, these will be folded
by hand, by us, in the timeframe originally discussed.
Finishing
Once all the prints have come back to us, we’ll go through and
quality check them. For origami suites, we’ll also need to assemble your invitations.
All orders will be hand finished and packaged carefully to ensure they arrive with you safely.
Delivery
All orders will be sent via courier, which comes with full tracking so you’ll know
when it will be delivered. A signed for/confirmed service can also be added,
which will be discussed during the design process.

Our Process
Looking for more details on how we work? Here's what you can expect from us and
the key steps we take in creating and delivering the perfect stationery for you

As we're both huge origami enthusiasts, we get the pleasure of folding all of our origami pieces in our London studio, so you can be confident that they’ve been handled with care. Our envelopes are also handmade, creating the perfect fit for each of our suites.
Many orders will need to be assembled or have some finishing touches added, which we will also carry out. Once the final checks have been completed, we’ll carefully package your stationery and get it ready for delivery.
