HOW WE WORK

Samples
Samples are a great way of exploring the quality and true colour of our invitations. To keep the costs down, all samples will be sent via standard postal service (postage times depend on your location).

All bespoke orders will be sent via a trackable, courier service.

Quotes & Deposits
When you’re ready to begin your order process, please send us your invitation information as well as the invitation style you’d like, and we’ll provide you with a quote based on this information. Once the pricing proposal is approved, we’ll require a 50% deposit to be made.
This deposit is applied towards your order total.

Design Previews
Once you’ve supplied your invitation wording, a digital PDF preview will be emailed over for you to check spelling, dates, times, etc. During this stage, we’ll work with you until you’re happy with the design.
If you have chosen a foiled invitation suite, please note that all previews are provided in black; foiling is a processes that is carried out after the invitations are printed.

Payment of Remaining Balance
Before your approved preview is sent into production, the remaining balance will need to be paid.

Turnaround Time
As all of our invitations are bespoke and completely handmade, the amount of time we need to complete an order varies on the quantity and the processes required to fulfil your order.
This will be discussed with you once we know exactly what you’re after. Please be aware that our processing time will only begin once you’ve signed off on the design for your invitations and confirmed payment.

Delivery
Delivery times and costs will depend on the final weight of your order and the location for delivery. We will discuss this with you when gathering the information for your invitations.
All orders are sent via a courier and come complete with tracking information.
